so perhaps it’s not surprising that they are enthusiastic about their sports too.

Barbados, Antigua and Grenada all have a great sporting tradition, which is promoted and enjoyed at all levels and all ages. Local schools actively encourage team sports and students in higher education are eager to challenge visiting teams from aboard. The islands are serviced too by well-run and enthusiastic sports clubs, providing the opportunity for touring teams to play to a demanding level, whilst enjoying unbeatable  hospitality.

“Our first match against Silver Raiders at the Netball Stadium was excellent; we were impressed by its size and status. It was extremely beneficial for the teams to play after the sun had gone down as we were certainly unaccustomed to the heat. Both Exeter teams enjoyed victories! We were made to feel extremely welcome. We enjoyed meeting the opposition and especially the cake afterwards”
