YOUR IDEA

FACT FINDING

During our discussions we undertake a          fact find to ascertain the level of sporting ability of your school team and to determine what specific travelling, accommodation and leisure arrangements are necessary to reassure the school,  parents and authorities of the specifics.

OUR PROPOSAL                                                                                 

We will provide a detailed proposal providing a suggested itineray, sporting fixtures,  recommended accommodation and travel, leisure arrangements that match the schools needs.

JOINT PRESENTATION
Upon agreement of our proposal, we will create in conjunction with you, a factual and informative  Tour Information pack to provide you with a method of securing the support of the school and parents for your tour. We can also make arrangements to provide and attend a Tour Presentation to pupils, teachers and parents should this be mutually agreeable.

WE MAKE ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS
We take the headache away. Once we get your go-ahead  we put our joint plans into action and make all the arrangements. Under our direct supervision our Caribbean-based representatives undertake all the local groundwork for your tour and all your travel and accommodation needs are secured.

PRE-TOUR BRIEFING PACK
We provide you with all the support you need to ensure your tour starts without a hitch. This includes providing you with an informative Tour Briefing Pack to be issued to participating adults, pupils and their parents.

ARRIVAL
Your group will be met by the local Alpheus representative at your destination airport and for the duration of your tour our experienced representatives will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

LOCAL BRIEFING
At your accommodation the touring party will be provided with a full briefing which will include details of the team fixtures, an insight into the country and culture, and the making of arrangements for extra-curricular activities for the group.

FULLY ACCOMPANIED
Your tour group will be accompanied during all local travel to and from fixtures, events and excursions. All local transportation will be provided and will be to a safe and dependable standard.

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Your requests for providing opportunities for your group to experience local culture and environment will be provided to ensure a stimulating and memorable experience in this unique part of the world.

LEISURE PURSUITS
Whether it is to undertake leisure sports including sailing, windsurfing, snorkelling or just to enjoy swimming in the warm Caribbean sea, our local representatives will ensure that your group has the opportunity to take full advantage of everything the island has to offer. A list of excursions to suit your individual tour needs will be sent to you and our team are on hand to make recommendations where necessary.

ON-LINE BLOG
We provide your group with an on-line travel blog to provide friends, parents and the touring pupils with a record of the tour. We require a designated blogger and photographer. We want to promote your tour live on our website whilst you are away. To choose the blogger and photographer we will judge a piece of writing and a photograph for those tour pupils who enter the competition. A winner will be picked and their work presented on the website. A prize will also worm its way to the winner’s doorstep!
