Grenada sports facilities

Cricket
There are a number of pitches throughout the country and these tend to be found in local parishes, schools and clubs.

Many county teams have toured the island, representing the high standard of facilities in place. St Georges University is now home to the West Indies Cricket Academy which has become the focal point in the development of West Indies cricket. The training facilities at the academy will impress any touring team.

Grenadian hospitality is second to none at cricket matches, with refreshments and entertainment laid on teams.

Netball, athletics, football.
These sports are played at the popular Tanteen complex and also at various locations around the island. There is also a decent football pitch at St George’s university.
