YOUR IDEA
We listen to your idea and aspirations for your touring club. We take into account the particular sports needs, whilst ensuring that we can provide you with a tour at your clubs budget requirements.

FACT FINDING
During our discussions, we undertake a fact find to ascertain the level of sporting ability of your club and to determine what specific travelling, accommodation and leisure arrangements are necessary, for you to face the opposition and enjoy the hidden treasures of the Island.

FUND RAISING

If you need to raise funds to take your club abroad – come and talk to us. Alpheus can also take the hassle away and advise you of some fund raising ideas.

MULTI – TOUR COMO

Alpheus can provide multi-combo tours that self encompass Rugby, Netball, Cricket, Hockey and Football. You may want to consider teaming up with another club and jointly combine raising funds and experience playing against one another overseas. Why not bring your friends and family along to support you. Alpheus can assist in putting together a competitively priced package for Non Players.

OUR PROPOSAL
We will provide a detailed proposal providing a suggested itinerary, suggested sporting fixtures, recommended accommodation and travel, leisure arrangements that match your clubs needs.

WE MAKE ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS
We take the headache away. Whatever your budget or ability we will organise a club sports tour around your requirements. We will save you time by organising everything you need to have a fantastic tour. As the sports tour organiser, you might even be entitled to a free place on tour. Once we get your go-ahead, we put our joint plans into action and make all the arrangements. Under our direct supervision our Caribbean-based representatives undertake all the local groundwork for your tour and all your travel and accommodation needs are secured.

PRE-TOUR BRIEFING PACK
We provide you with all the support you need to ensure your tour starts without a hitch. This includes providing you with an informative Tour Briefing Pack and a list of all the excursions and nightspots for your club to enjoy.

ARRIVAL
Your group will be met by the local Alpheus representative at your destination airport and for the duration of your tour, our experienced representatives will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly.

LOCAL BRIEFING
At your accommodation the touring party will be provided with a full briefing which will include details of the team fixtures, an insight into the country and culture, and the making of arrangements for extra-curricular activities for the group.

ACCOMPANIED
Your tour manager will accompany you during all local travel to and from fixtures, events and excursions, and when necessary hold you up when leaving the local hot spots !!

LEISURE PURSUITS
Whether it is to undertake leisure sports including sailing, windsurfing, surfing or just to enjoy swimming in the warm Caribbean sea or relaxing on the beach, our local representatives will ensure that your club has the opportunity to take full advantage of everything the island has to offer. A list of excursions to suit your individual tour needs will be sent to you and our team are on hand to make recommendations where necessary.
